Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By using orbo you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Apple's standard End User License Agreement also applies where these Terms don't cover something. These Terms are between you and Harsh Sahu, not Apple; Apple isn't responsible for orbo or its support.

2. What orbo is

orbo is a personal record-keeping tool for spending, budgets, savings and shared expenses. It doesn't give financial, investment, tax or legal advice, doesn't move money, and isn't a bank or payment service. Its figures (totals, projections, fund prices, amounts read from bank messages, statements and receipts) come from what you enter and import: check them against your bank's records. We aren't responsible for decisions you make from them.

3. Your account (Group sharing)

orbo works without an account. Group sharing needs one, created with Google or a code sent to your email. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what's done with your account. You must be at least 13 (or the age your country requires). You can delete your account in the app at any time.

4. Shared groups and what you add

What you add to a group (expenses, names, comments) is visible to its members. You let us store and show it to the group so the feature works, and nothing more. Don't add anything unlawful, abusive or infringing, or someone else's private information without their permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms or the law. Amounts in a group are the members' own records; orbo doesn't settle debts or guarantee anyone pays you back.

5. Licence

You may use orbo on Apple devices you own or control, as the App Store rules allow. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse it.

6. Purchases

If orbo offers paid features, prices and billing are shown in the app and handled by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple Account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple. Consumers in the EU and UK keep their statutory rights.

7. Changes and availability

We may change or end features, including Group sharing, with reasonable notice for important changes, and you'll be able to export your groups first. orbo is provided "as is" and "as available".

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses from relying on figures in orbo. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or 50 US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your consumer rights.

9. Ending

You can stop using orbo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

10. Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting the consumer protections where you live. Disputes go to the courts of Jaipur, India unless your consumer law lets you use your local courts.
